Q: What is the purpose of a "foldable" or "portable" shoe?
A: The purpose of this type of shoe is to provide you with an alternative shoe support when your feet cause you pain from wearing high heels. These shoes are desgined to be small enough so that the pouch fits in your purse, and whenever your feet start hurting from the heels, you can simply remove your heels and put on your comfy "clouds" to instantly relieve your pain.
Q: How does the shoe sizing work?
A: All styles are available from US size 5 to US size 11.5. Some styles are also available in US size 12-13. Please refer to the sizing chart available for each style. All of our shoes have an elastic top which helps provide a custom fit to your feet. If you are between sizes, or have wide feet, you should order your next size up listed on the chart.
Q: What are the exact dimensions of the shoe?
A: In the shoe's folded state, the dimensions are listed below:
The small is 4.75" in length, 3.25" in width and 0.75" in thickness.
The medium is 5.15" in length, 3.5" in width and 0.75" in thickness.
The large is 5.45" in length, 3.5" in width and 0.75" in thickness.
The X-Large is 5.65" in length, 3.5" in width and 0.75" in thickness.
The XX-Large is 5.85" in length, 3.7" in width and 0.75" in thickness.
Q: Does the shoe come with the pouch?
A: Yes. Each pair of shoes comes with a pouch the can be closed with the pull of a drawstring. The foldable shoe easily fits in the pouch, so that you can conveniently take it anywhere with you.
Q: What material is the shoe?
A: The material and make of the shoes vary by style. Please look at the product description of each style for more information.
Q: Does the shoe provide protection on street surfaces?
A: The foldable shoe has a rubber bottom that provides soft cushioning, as well as protection from street surfaces. It can be worn for casual use and for walking outdoors and indoors. However, our shoes are not designed to provide protection from very sharp objects, and they will not be able to serve the purpose of a protective athletic walking or sports shoe.
Q: How many times can I use the foldable shoes before they wear out?
A: The shoe is designed to be a part of your everyday shoe collection, meaning it can be worn again and again! Some of the foldable flats are so sturdy (and cute!) that they could even take the place of your regular daily flats!
Q: I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days in the US. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Deliveries to Canada may take anywhere from 5-12 business days. Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We provide shipping within and across Europe, Asia and Australia. You will be able to order online and select your country of choice as your delivery destination.
Q: Will there be more designs in the future?
A: Yes. We are constantly consulting with fashion designers to create new designs, styles, and colors to keep up with the latest fashion trends. Check our website often for additional designs, styles, colors, and accessories.
Q: What if I order the wrong size or want to exchange my order?
A: Please email returns@fitinclouds.com and you will be provided with our return mailing address. You can exchange the shoes at no cost. In this case, we ask that customers simply cover the $3.00 shipping charge associated with your exchange.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer you a complete money back guarantee on the purchase price of the shoe. Please email returns@fitinclouds.com and we will provide you with our return mailing address. No charges. No questions.
