Q. These wedding favors look amazing, how much is shipping? 
A. Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $3. So your entire order is shipped to anywhere in the US for only $3.  For Canada, the shipping $5 flat rate. We ship international, and have shipped to various wedding events in Australia, New Zealand, and all over Europe. International shipping is generally $9 flat rate, but could vary based on destination. 

Q. How long will it take for your to ship? 
A. For items in stock, we can ship within 2 days of your confirmation. So this would mean providing us with the bridesmaids names to be labelled (if needed), the payment, and the shipping address. We ship from Indiana, so shipping anywhere in the US should take between 2-5 business days depending on distance from Indiana. Canada orders takes a few additional days for shipping.

Q. Can I mix and match, that is some flip flops, some rollable shoes and some flats for my wedding favor?  
A. Mix away! You will get the discount for each option based on the number of pairs in your final order. 

Q. Will you do an exchange for a pair or pairs for my bridesmaid that does not fit? How will it work? 
A. Ofcourse! We can exchange any number of pairs. You will have to pay for shipping to ship it back to our warehouse in Indiana. We will pay for shipping to ship the exchanged item to you.
